My Order

You can send an email to info@blasianscrunchies.com and include your order number. Please note however that we do process orders as quickly as possible for shipment: if your order was already fulfilled and shipped, simply return it to us within 30 days for a refund. Please see Refund Policy .

If your order has not yet been fulfilled please contact us at info@blasianscrunchies.com with your order number and details on the change. Your order cannot be updated if it has already been fulfilled. 

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated the next available business day.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please read Refund Policy for more details.

Shipping

We are currently only shipping domestically within the United States and internationally to Canada at this time. 

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a carrier tracking number will be sent out. Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed. To estimate delivery time, please take into account the processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier. 

BlAsian Scrunchies ships domestically using USPS' Ground Advantage, Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail. This should take approximately 1-5 business days unless there are delays. For orders to Canada, we use USPS' First Class Package Intl, Priority Mail Express Intl and Priority Mail Intl. This should take 3-10 business days unless there are delays.
